Anne Bonny is a 30-metre wooden sailing phinisi built in Sulawesi in 2015 and rebranded from Mantra by Calico Jack Charters after an extensive 2022 refit. She carries three en-suite air-conditioned cabins with a hosting capacity of nine passengers — the layout works best as three couples with or without children, or a maximum of nine adults. Full dive and snorkelling equipment, two dive compressors, kayaks and a wakeboard sit alongside a generous aft-deck dining area and a shaded foredeck lounge. Her chef trained under a leading Ubud kitchen, and the Raja Ampat season runs November to May.

Chef Aryion — born and raised in Labuan Bajo, Flores — has been cooking on Anne Bonny for five years, sourcing fresh local ingredients and blending European and Asian influences. Menus are tailored to guests' preferences and dietary needs and rotate daily across an 8-day cruise cycle.
